AgrAbility focuses on enhancing the lives of ranchers, farmers, and other agricultural workers who have disabilities. This organization works with individuals and within communities to provide direct services, education and networking opportunities, and more forms of assistance.

They have helped thousands of individuals over the last 25 years. Some of the disabilities they can help agricultural workers with include:
